RETURN POLICY

  1. RIGHT OF RETURN

1.1 THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

1.2 BY PLACING AN ORDER ON ROSESLACE.COM, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THIS RETURN POLICY, INCLUDING ALL CONDITIONS AND DEDUCTIONS STATED HEREIN.

1.3 FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

  1. RETURN PROCESS

2.1 TO INITIATE A RETURN, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US VIA WHATSAPP


2.2 THE COMPANY WILL PROVIDE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

2.3 RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

3.1 ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:
— UNUSED AND UNWORN
— IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
— WITH ALL TAGS, SEALS, AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING

3.2 RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED, USED, OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND MAY BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE.

3.3 THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

4.1 A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.

4.2 THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

4.3 THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR DELAY DURING RETURN SHIPPING.

  1. TAXES AND DUTIES

5.1 THE COMPANY COVERS STANDARD TAXES INCLUDED IN THE ORDER.

5.2 HOWEVER, ANY ADDITIONAL OR HIDDEN CUSTOMS FEES IMPOSED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

5.3 IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES TO PAY SUCH FEES AND THE ORDER IS RETURNED, ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.

  1. REFUNDS

6.1 REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED.

6.2 APPROVED REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • 6.3 THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND MAY BE DEDUCTED:
  • RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
  • CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
  • ANY NON-RECOVERABLE FEES

6.4 THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REDUCE THE REFUND AMOUNT IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN A CONDITION DIFFERENT FROM ITS ORIGINAL STATE.

  1. LIABILITY

7.1 THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM UNTIL IT IS RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY.

7.2 THE COMPANY ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED DURING RETURN TRANSIT.

  1. CANCELLATION

8.1 ORDERS MAY BE CANCELLED ONLY BEFORE THEY ARE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED.

8.2 ONCE SHIPPED, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCESS.
